Terms & Conditions

Quantum Photographic cannot exchange or refund photographs/videos that have been incorrectly ordered.
No orders will be processed unless payment is received in full unless agreed in advance.
Orders will normally be dispatched within 10 days of cheques being processed.
No cheques will be banked if there is a foreseeable delay in the order being processed.
Please allow up to 28 days for your order to be processed (7-14 is more usual)
Quantum Photographic will endeavour to meet any deadlines for Publications, Birthdays, Christmas etc. if arranged in advance but cannot make any guarantees to do so.
